Field Service Engineer


Support requests from customers or partners.
Handles the technical service on the site of the final customer.
Report issues indicated by the final customer.
Draw up and verification of the quality protocol for qualification and requalification;  
Execution of the qualification and requalification test on site;
Support sales Area manager.


Through the switchboard, receiving phone calls for service requests from the customer or partner. Identifying and associating the reference machine to the customer/partner using FUSION and opening the resulting ticket. 
Providing initial phone support (first level response) to define the entity of the issue found on the machine. 
If it is possible to resolve the issue over the phone, close the ticket on the system. 
Complete the service at the customer’s premises based on instructions received by the Service planner and be sharing internally the results of the service using the work report and the Fusion enterprise system.
Arrange and organize the qualification and requalification protocols in factory;
Arrange and execute the qualification and requalification protocols on site;
Execution of qualification and requalification GMP process activities on site.

Studies – Training Couses

Five year Industrial Technical diploma with Mechanical / Electrical focus;
Training courses on handling service over the phone / remotely.

Tecnichal Skills

Mechanical and electrical drawings;
Practiced technical competences (electrical and mechanical) on production and installation of equipment;
Practiced validation competences with reporting according to legislation on production and installation of equipment;
MS Office Suit and FUSION company enterprise system.

Listening, communication and empathy skills.
Problem Solving through the use of rigorous logic and precise method to solve problems using effective solutions, applying source investigation skills to identify problems and excellent analytical skills
Customer Focus: aimed at meeting customer expectations and requirements by obtaining first-hand information and using it to improve the product/service, acting in consideration of customers to establish and maintain effective relationships and gaining customer respect.

Language Skills

Good/great knowledge of English, both written and spoken


From 2 to 5 years of experience as travelling service technician in pharmaceutical and radiopharmaceutical area.
