About the Company

Comecer Netherlands BV in Joure develops, assembles and sells innovative equipment and software for Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and for Nuclear Medicine departments in hospitals and industry. Comecer Netherlands BV is part of Comecer, which is an ATS Automation company. Our products are sold worldwide.

Duty and Responsibility

We are looking for a Sale Manager, who takes ownership and full responsibility for all direct sales and business development activities dealing with Comecer digital products and services, focusing on Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Industry markets. Here is a summary of the main tasks and responsibilities:

  • As a leader in your field of specialty, you will be called to represent the Company in the business development of our Digital & Services solution in your area
  • Ensuring constant communication between you and your Sales Colleagues to ensure that the Digital & Services products are understood and offered
  • Ensuring constant communication between you and your Sales & Marketing management to have good content support for the Digital & Services products
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs
  • Ensure the timely and successful proposal, implementation, and delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer buyers and sales colleagues
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Feed territorial trends, ideas, product demands and marketing initiatives internally
  • Be the brand and products ambassador at national and international trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Product Specialist of 2 product lines

Desired Skills and Experience

  • HBO level
  • Background in Software Business and Medical is a plus.
  • Driving license B
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience (medical market and software oriented is an asset)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Flexible and available to travel 20% of the time
  • Team spirit
  • Proactivity
