Comecer Netherlands BV in Joure develops, assembles and sells innovative equipment and software for Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and for Nuclear Medicine departments in hospitals and industry. Comecer Netherlands BV is part of Comecer, which is an ATS Automation company. Our products are sold worldwide.

Duty and Responsibility

We are looking for  an Area Sales Manager for The Netherlands, who take ownership and full responsibility for all direct sales and business development activities dealing with Comecer products and services focusing on Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Industry markets. Here is a summary of the main tasks and responsibilities:

  • As a leader in your field of specialty, you will be called to represent the Company at contract and sales negotiations in your area; ensuring constant communication between you and your Sales Colleagues / Sales & Marketing management dealing with equivalent products & applications in other parts of the world.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful proposal, implementation and delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer buyers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborates with global sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Feed territorial trends, ideas, product demands and marketing initiatives internally
  • Be the brand and products ambassador at national and international trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Product Specialist of three product lines

Desired Skills and Experience

  • HBO level
  • Background in Medical and/or Software Business is a plus.
  • Driving license B
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience (medical market and software oriented is an asset)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Flexible and available to travel 50% of the time
  • Team spirit
  • Proactivity
