Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Purpose

Comecer Netherlands BV in Joure develops, assembles and sells innovative equipment and software for Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and for Nuclear Medicine departments in hospitals and industry. Comecer Netherlands BV is part of Comecer, which is an ATS Automation company. Our products are sold worldwide.

Long Description

To strengthen our team in the Netherlands we are searching for a Service Manager who will:

  • Coordinate, plan, monitor and improve service activities for the Service Team of 5 persons
  • Manage customer escalations and conduct problem solving exercises to ensure that the issue root cause of the issue is identified, and proper corrective actions are implemented
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance metrics to the Management and improve metrics and achieve department goals
  • Participate in ABM and Kaizen events
  • As a working manager you will provide hands on support if needed to critical situations and ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Responsible for the Service Revenue and Business service objective
  • Other duties as assigned


  • HBO/MBO+ in electronics or mechatronics
  • Languages: Dutch and English
  • Background in mechanical and electronics engineering or experience in IT is a plus.
  • Driving license B

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience
  • Excellent customer service skills: verbal presentation and written communication skills 
  • Leadership, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexible, pro-active and a real trouble-shooter 
  • Accurate, social
