(Junior) Consultant (m/w/d) Operations & Performance Improvement

Job Description

• Deep Dive - You accompany our customers from conception to realization. You dive deep into the production & logistics processes to identify optimization potentials. Together with the team, you derive measures, define an implementation roadmap and create presentations for the management and board level. During implementation, you will be characterized by a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Taking responsibility - In our project teams, you will be given responsibility right from the start. A senior coach will be always available to provide you with personal, methodological and technical support.
• Know-How - You bring in your methodical and professional competences and support the preparation, follow-up and moderation of workshops. You solve challenges in a structured and results-oriented way.
• The big picture - You always keep an overview, look at processes end-to-end, understand business contexts and present yourself confidently.
• Transformation and leadership - You actively contribute to our team and support internal goals, project acquisitions and the further development of our consulting services.

Additional Information

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Determination, presentation skills and initial practical experience in a consulting context or in Operations at an industrial company.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following industries desirable: automotive, mechanical engineering, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, medical technology.
• Skills in at least one of the mentioned areas desirable: warehouse and layout planning, process optimization, lean management, automation, digitalization, inventory optimization, manufacturing cost optimization, footprint strategy, corporate planning.
• Team player with a high willingness to perform and help as well as a confident appearance and a structured, independent way of working.
• Very high level of written and spoken German (C1+) and English (C1)
