Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

•    Work closely with the HR Manager and Executive Management for North America as it relates to recruitment activities, the overall recruitment plan and talent retention activities (internal/external retention activities).
•    Execute the full talent acquisition life cycle process. 
•    Oversee the sub-contractor recruitment needs assisting operational leaders.
•    Responsible for entire recruiting facet including coordinating interviews with candidates, complete background screening, references, and additional qualification needed for hire. 
•    Negotiate and prepare ATS offer packages per company guidelines. 
•    Clearly articulate each role and associated career development to perspective candidates.
•    Align and drive Corporate branding initiatives as it pertains to talent acquisition working with the marketing department. 
•    Conducting orientations sessions with new hires
•    Work on various Talent/Recruitment projects with organizational leadership
•    Supporting job fairs and various external recruitment activities
•    Work with organizational leadership on the development of a resourcing planning 
•    Work with HR Manager on process and policy matters relating to the selection of qualified candidates that meet PA’s long-term goals
•    Use ATS recruitment and various platforms to manage day to day recruitment activities such as LinkedIn and other social networking platforms to identify passive candidates and create talent pipelines.
•    Engage university platforms for candidates
•    Must be able to understand concepts associated with “Automation” business
•    Must be able to effectively manage time as well as manage internal customer base


Education and Experience:

•    BA or BS degree
•    AS degree and additional 2 years of experience 
•    Seven plus years of recruiting experience in Automation (Lifescience or Automotive markets a plus)
•    Ability to influence a multi-disciplinary team in an intentional, focused, respectful, and highly engaged manner
•    Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•    Flexible working hours to accommodate global company hours
