HRIS IT Analyst (m/w/d)

Position Title: HRIS IT Analyst
Department: Global IT Shared Services
Reports To: Business Applications Manager

Location: Remote with availability to work in Central European time zone 

 

Job Summary:

ATS Automation is looking for a HRIS IT Analyst to amplify the HRIS team with a strong business acumen and a consulting mindset. Our common objective: a completely new HR landscape around the existing core enterprise HR application, SAP SuccessFactors, which would enable us to achieve high speed transformation and optimal resource utilization.  This role will entail supporting the implementation and maintenance of Workforce Time and Attendance, SAP Concur, and SAP S/4 HANA implementation, and then will transition to support future projects. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provides intermediate to advanced-level knowledge of the core HR WorkForce Management systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur Expense Management, Workforce Software Time and Attendance)
• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the business needs
• Configuration of HR systems based on HR requirements
• Assist in developing functional specification for developments/interfaces
• Understanding of Integration/APIs and security
• Tier 3 Support & Troubleshooting
• Set-up & configuration SME Role Based Permissions (all suites) 
• Business Rules configuration and management
• Upgrade Center; for example: IAS (Identity authentication service)
• Export data out to other areas/systems and use for integration with other systems
• Deal with mass change requests & mass data imports/updates (more complex requests)
• Receive requirements and build technical functional specs; Support HR &HRIS 
    o Ex: New fields – Technical configuration (Object Definitions-data model)
    o Event Derivation

 

Requirements:

 

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field such as Business Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or another closely related field.
  • SAP Concur/SuccessFactors Certification (SFX) - while not mandatory, considered an asset

 

Experience:
  • Experience in the configuration of as many of the SuccessFactors modules listed:  Platform, Employee Central, Recruiting/on-boarding (RCM/RMK), Performance and Goals, Succession/development, Learning, Compensation
  • Workforce Software – Time and Attendance functional and/or configuration experience
  • Prefer 5-8+ years’ experience in SuccessFactors systems configuration, development, and support 
  • HR IT consultancy background with proven track record would be considered an asset 
  • Payroll configuration experience considered an asset
  • Experience with SQL and/or other database tools
  • Database/Data Modelling experience
  • Previous project management or project coordination experience
  • Previous involvement in HR workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design,   development and support
  • SAP Concur and/or SAP S/4 HANA experience would be considered an asset
