HRIS IT Analyst (m/w/d)

Job Description


Position Title: HRIS IT Analyst
Department: Global IT Shared Services
Reports To: Business Applications Manager

Location: Remote with availability to work in Central European time zone 


Job Summary:
This is a new role in the European time zone, initially the role will entail supporting the implementation and maintenance for a Time and Attendance, Concur and SAP S4/Hana implementation, and then will transition to a support and future projects role.  Ultimately, the HRIS IT Analyst role will be responsible for configuration and providing level 3 support of all modules of the HRIS solutions.  

Working closely with Global IT and HR specialists, external vendors on complex fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.  Documenting and establishing best practices, while following IT procedures.




• Provides intermediate to advanced-level knowledge of the core HR WorkForce Management systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur Expense Management, Workforce Software Time and Attendance)
• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the business needs
• Configuration of HR systems based on HR requirements
• Assist in developing functional specification for developments/interfaces
• Understanding of Integration/APIs and security
• Tier 3 Support & Troubleshooting
• Set-up & configuration SME Role Based Permissions (all suites) 
• Business Rules configuration and management
• Upgrade Center; for example: IAS (Identity authentication service)
• Export data out to other areas/systems and use for integration with other systems
• Deal with mass change requests & mass data imports/updates (more complex requests)
• Receive requirements and build technical functional specs; Support HR &HRIS 
    o Ex: New fields – Technical configuration (Object Definitions-data model)
    o Event Derivation





  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or another closely related field.
  • Workforce Software – Time and Attendance customer/partner certification
  • SuccessFactors Certification and/or SuccessFactors SFX accreditation



  • 2-3+ years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll systems configuration, development and support
  • Workforce Software – Time and Attendance functional and/or configuration experience
  • Payroll configuration experience considered a major asset
  • Database/Data Modelling experience
  • Experience with SQL and/or other database tools
  • Previous project management or project coordination experience
  • SAP Concur and SAP S/4 HANA experience would also be considered an asset
  • Previous involvement in HR workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support
  • Experience in the configuration of as many of the SuccessFactors modules listed:  Platform, Employee Central, Recruiting/on-boarding (RCM/RMK), Performance and Goals, Succession/development, Learning, and Compensation
