Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a CRM expert to be responsible for maintaining, optimizing and ensuring strong adoption throughout the business. The job can be performed within Germany or Europe-wide.

Your tasks

Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Super-user in setting up campaigns and supporting sales with lead management in CRM
Working closely with IT by providing requirements and change requests to enhance and optimize the system
Regular reporting and tracking tied to business results- monthly meetings
Ownership of set-up and managemet of campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce
Training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization

Your profile

Salesforce CRM certification and additional studies
2-4+ years experience preferred
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is a plus
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a global team and reliability
Independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working
Very good English and MS Office skills – good german skills desirable
A strong aesthetic and basics of gaphic design
