HR Business Analyst


  • Runs the HR analytics process through its monthly, quarterly and annual cycle, including preparing and leading relevant review and standard analysis.
  • Builds and transforms the HR analysis function to a pro-active key supporter of the organization and its objectives by establishing a stable & reliable process landscape, minimizes manual & administrative transactions through automatic, provides data-driven decision support and responds swiftly to changing requirements.
  • Compile relevant HR data and metrics from the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and various payroll outputs.
  • Along with the HR community drives the data and naming integrity in the HRIS.
  • Helps providing relevant data, statistics, trends, and patterns to make the HR key processes more efficient.
  • Continually analyzes the general market trend and in specific competitor practices supporting an agile adjustment practice ensuring ATS remains an employer of choice.
  • Owns the quarterly compensation & benefit audit process, drives the quarterly internal & external benchmark and works closely together with the HR community to recommend required adjustment to ensure a continued market equity.
  • Works closely with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) leader identifying and providing related insights & forecast.
  • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.  A professional HR designation is preferred.



  • Working experience in relevant field, ideally minimum of 3+ years
  • Working knowledge of various database management and HRIS systems.
  • Systematic knowledge and understanding of key HR processes, their effects on the inner working of the HR department, and how to manage them.
  • Complete knowledge of data analysis techniques, tools, and software
  • Knowledge of various statistical models, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Research and analytical skills, to conduct primary and secondary research, as well as effectively analyze the accumulated data.
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and multi-task many priorities in a fast paced, project-oriented business. 
  • Demonstrated previous experience developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with the ability to influence.
  • Strong communication skills.
