Project Coordinator (Life Science Service)
Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES:
Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend Project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes
• Assist with Setup and maintenance of project PLM and ETO Workbench
• Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing of customer Purchase Orders
• Assist requisition creation and tracking with the PM
• Assist setup of non-POC forecasts and updates
• Gathering supporting information for customer status reports
• Coordinate vendor and customer invoice tracking
• Maintenance of project management process documentation
• Complete project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as necessary
• Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevant SharePoint locations
• Support action item monitoring/reporting with the PM
Qualifications
Education:
A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering / business degree or equivalent. Project management experience an asset

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
