Sales Manager - LMT


Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for promoting and technically supporting ATS’ SuperTrak products and services.  ATS is focused on growing our market leading position and the Sales Manager LMT will support continue driving growth.
In this key position, you will be an advocate for the customer and work as a liaison between the direct sales force, customers and operations. The primary focus of the role is to manage the quoting, ordering, and invoicing processes related to each order and support the technical sales efforts of SuperTrak.  You will provide direct support to service, parts, engineering, manufacturing and customers to resolve technical issues that affect the sales, installation and utilization of the organizations products and/or services.  
•    Assist in analysis of customer applications and execute quotations.
•    Provide direct support in answering, evaluating, logging, and prioritizing incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries that require technical assistance.
•    Support Sales by providing technical information requested
•    Coordinate product information with manufacturing, sales and service departments.
•    Recommend pricing for special machine configurations & option requests.
•    Perform project analysis and supply completed proposals for projects submitted.
•    Help maintain and design service and training orientated documentation, such as training manuals, service bulletins, installation manuals, etc.
•    Organize and maintain presentations with the sales department for internal and external customers.
•    Make technical sales presentations in support of the activity of the field sales force.
•    Four-year engineering or technical degree or appropriate experience. 
•    Excellent intuition to find technological solutions and business growth opportunities
•    2 + years of sales, applications or business development experience in an engineering environment
•    Knowledge of robotics and automation is a bonus
•    Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
