Total Rewards Analyst

 

Position Title: Total Rewards Analyst
Department: Corporate Human Resources
Reports To: Director, Total Rewards

 

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Analyst will be instrumental in administering and implementing global compensation, benefits and mobility programs.

 

We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take on this is multi-faceted role within our Corporate HR team, and support all things Total Rewards! This includes compensation, pay analysis, benefits administration and mobility coordination for all ATS employees. This role will also be critical in assisting and supporting the development of new programs throughout ATS. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Compensation

  • Support ATS compensation programs, ensuring legal compliance and effective communication
  • Administration of incentive and bonus plans throughout the organization
  • Assist with building compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions
  • Research market practices and emerging trends in total rewards, and participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits

 

Benefits

  • Provide ongoing support and administration of the ATS Group Benefits program through;
  • Coordinating transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, terminations, and changes
  • Provide support to internal employees, and develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package

 

Mobility

  • Provide operational support for global mobility programs
  • Administer relocation policies (Domestic and International)
  • Manage assignments policies, both short-term and long-term
  • Administer cross-border Business Traveler Policy
  • Responsible for vendor management, including; tax, legal, policies, and immigration support
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates/employees during the relocation process, offering support, advice and solutions when necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:

  • A post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources is required
  • Certified Compensation Professional designation (CCP, or working towards it
  • Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) or working towards it

 

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with a focus on compensation and benefits
  • Experience/knowledge in administering total rewards programs
  • Experience with end-to-end project coordination
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills
  • Understanding of pay structure, variable pay, and pay equity legislation
  • Familiarity with current employment legislation
  • Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail
  • Top notch organizational skills, with the ability to understand and assess priorities
  • Interest and curiosity in job evaluations, market salary surveys and researching competitive trends
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with global teams
