Major Duties

For our location in Koblenz we are looking for someone who is passionate about strategy development and M&A, who would like the opportunity to gain insights and help shaping the future of this dynamically evolving business. As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Director Strategy and M&A in development of market research and strategic ideas, support of strategic projects (organic and M&A) as well as the area financial analysis. The successful candidate for this role will be a practitioner with first experience in strategy and M&A through internships with the ability to apply those in a complex and fast paced environment.

In your new role at our location in Koblenz you will...

… be part of the Strategy team, reporting directly to the president and leadership team and supporting a broad portfolio of projects of strategic relevance to your business
… work on a variety of topics, ranging from strategy, M&A and strategic initiatives in our business units
… conduct market and competitor research and support us in developing strategic growth options for our fast-growing business
… create decision proposal presentations for intermediate and top management on selected topics
… support the Director Strategy and M&A with his every-day work

You are best equipped for this task if you...

… are studying Business Administration or something similar
… are passionate and motivated team player who is able to work independently
… are precise, creative and structured work operations
… think analytically and are able to translate numbers into actions
… are eager to learn, think creatively and work in cross-functional teams
… acquired first working experience through internships, university projects, etc.
… have very good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
… have knowledge of MS Office in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
