Assembly Administrator
Job Description
Provide administrative support to the Assembly Department. Adhere to all established procedures as defined by ATS Quality Procedures, Process Flows, Work Instructions, Safety Procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Manufacturing, Assembly Managers, and Group Leads with creating and updating reports, summaries, presentations, and other administrative duties as requested
- Maintain timekeeping system for Department
- Manage, update, and track Assembly Department attendance reporting and time off requests
- Update the shared calendar with employee travel, time off, and attendance information
- Create and publish general communications such as important notifications, holiday memos, and reminders that impact the Department
- Support with business travel request paperwork and coordinating details between assembly travel team and the travel coordinator
- Assist in the creation and distribution of documents used in training, visual management, and tasking
- Coordinate Departmental meetings and events, such as safety committee walkthroughs, meet and greets, trainings, etc.
- Maintain office supply inventory for the Department
- Other duties as assigned
- Support other departments as needed
Education:
A high school diploma or Associates Degree.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years related experience in an administrative support role. Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization, both orally and in writing are essential.
