The Ohio After Sales & Service Segment is looking for driven Service Account Manager to support the Capex Sales team in ensuring that customer satisfaction (NPS) hits and exceeds target. The Services Account Manager will develop and support all services opportunities in support of customer’s assets throughout its life cycle, understand our customer’s value drivers, qualify our service value propositions while quantifying their return on investment (ROI).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers through pro-active business development and service solution efforts.
- Exceed their 5 key performance metrics (KPIS): 1) Customer Satisfaction (NPS), 2) Bookings, 3) Gross Margins, 4) Pipeline Growth, 5) Pipeline Conversion.
- Develop our asset intelligence, assess customer’s value drivers and support needs, and manage your associated opportunities through pipeline on a daily basis using our CRM.
- Pro-actively contact current and potential customers to educate them on company’s services and develop business opportunities.
- Review and support the development of our service proposal content and sales prices to ensure they concisely articulate our value proposition and meet margin goals.
- Ensure we deliver technical and value service proposals in a timely fashion that exceeds customer expectations.
- Support the CAPEX Account Managers in their overall account strategy and the CAPEX sales and CAPEX application team on their service attachment opportunity from kick off stage (T=0) through to CAPEX PO.
- Lead the sales pursuit of services attached to a recently won CAPEX from PO through production to the SAT in partnership with the CAPEX Project Management and CAPEX Account Manager.
- Lead the sales pursuit of service opportunities against assets installed in the field (post-SAT) and leverage the Regional Service Network (RSN) in the development and execution stages
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree in a technical field and 10+ years Sales/Applications experience in services as they relate to Automation and systems
- Experience with CRM use and pipeline management. (salesforce preferred)
- Direct Automation equipment experience is required
- Dynamic, customer-oriented personality who operates well in a goal-oriented environment.
- Strong written skills and attention to detail. Proposal writing is a key part of this role.
- Comfortable with up-selling and pro-actively developing new opportunities.
