SAT IQ/OQ Technical Lead

SP Industries an ATS Company is searching for an SAT IQOQ Service Technical Lead to join the team!

 

Under general direction, the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) Service Technical Lead serves as a recognized Technical Specialist throughout the company.  This role is responsible for the overall compliance of Site Acceptance Testing and technical reporting in the support of the SAT processes to maintain a compliant, effective, and efficient test process that meets or exceeds customer and company goals and objectives.  This role supports multiple custom engineered projects at Customer sites. This individual should be a dynamic high energy professional who is looking for building a rewarding future in developing a best-in-class testing system and process.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Promote customer satisfaction 
  • Where required support the Field Service Engineer with major installations & in conjunction with the FSE or independently, conduct IQ/OQ & SAT at the customers facility.
  • Work HANDS-ON with shop floor personnel, Project Managers, Sales, Design/Manufacturing Engineers and Controls Engineering to ensure custom engineered projects meet customer and internal requirements as executed during the Site Acceptance Testing processes.
  • Acting as the lead technical liaison for the Field Service organization as related to customer installation 
  • Create and deliver relevant ongoing communications and metric scorecards, SAT & Installation punch list defect trends to respective management, program teams and business teams for review and continuous improvement.
  • Required Travel: 50%

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years minimum post-graduation experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Experience in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), resolving customer facing and field service/warranty issues a plus 
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as – ISO 9001:2015, TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485 etc.
  • Compliance Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 GAMP a plus
  • Experience designing and developing data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources with statistical and analytical problem-solving skills – Excel pivot tables, charting and reports 
  • Ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable projects, creating logical plans and schedules for others in the team to achieve the organizations goals.
  • Ability to solve problems and assume a leadership role with cross-functional peers.
  • Successfully manage multiple competing projects and meet deliverable deadlines amid changing requirements.
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role to include conflict management & provide exceptional customer service.

 
LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group situation to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.  
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, operating, maintenance and procedure manuals.  
  • Effective writing skills to produce reports, correspondence, etc.

 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
 

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.  
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage and to draw and interpret graphs.

 

REASONING ABILITY 

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
