MED/SENIOR OSISOFT PI ENGINEER

As an experienced OSIsoft PI Engineer, you will collaborate with our clients to turn their desires into reality. Together with your team, you will be the driving force behind the success of each project.

Responsibilities:

Some of your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, migrating, and commissioning PI systems.
• Additionally, you lead in the design and architecture, including the renewal and drafting of design specifications.
• You are involved throughout the entire project cycle, from business development and conceptual design to execution, implementation, and aftercare.
• You also ensure seamless integration with other business applications (such as MES).
• You perform validation and review of installation and operational qualification documents (IOQ).
• Furthermore, you provide support and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements for this position:

Hard Skills:

• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• You have extensive OSIsoft PI implementation experience. In addition to the well-known PI DA, AF, and various interface setups and configurations, experience with PI DA migrations, PI Batch to EF migrations, and the PI AF SQL backend are highly desirable.
• PI Notifications, Analytics, RtReports, and PI Vision are not unfamiliar to you.

Soft Skills:

• You have good communication skills and are able to collaborate in English with colleagues from around the world.
• You have technical knowledge and are very eager to learn.
• You keep a cool head in stressful situations.
   

Location:

Our offices in Belgium are located in Melsele, Oevel, and Antwerp-Berchem. Our client itself is situated in Geel, where you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
