ATS Automation Data Privacy Statement

Thank you for your interest in ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. and its affiliates (“ATS”).  In order to consider you for possible employment with ATS, we require certain information to be collected and stored for recruitment purposes. Some of the information you are submitting to ATS may be considered personal and is protected by relevant data protection laws. ATS takes data privacy compliance very seriously and is committed to complying with all applicable privacy laws.  ATS requires your permission to collect, process, use, store, and share your personal information, as well as transfer this information to our global HR system. ATS will not share, sell, or rent your personal information with or to third parties for their personal use without your consent.  Access to your data will be strictly limited to ATS' recruitment personnel, hiring and approval managers, as well as relevant employees selected to conduct employment interviews. Any individual requiring access to your personal data as a part of his or her job responsibilities is trained on data privacy laws and is held accountable for compliance.

In order to fulfill ATS’ internal requirements and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, ATS will keep your job application on file for no longer than is mandated by applicable regulatory requirements.  This period may range from six (6) months in Europe to twenty four (24) months in North America.


As ATS employment may require or imply specific/niche technical skills/knowledge, all Candidate profiles and associated data created will be maintained for twenty four (24) months globally. If you do not want ATS to hold your data, at any point you can withdraw your application or delete your information by accessing your candidate profile.
