Your responsibilities:

• As Senior Manager Account Management you locally lead and manage all sales operations for existing customers and accounts.
• You represent our value propositions to your accounts and you are responsible for profitable order intake with existing accounts.
• You build and manage all aspects of the sales department including leading functions, account management, business analytics and channel development.
• You are tasked with defining the individual approach of the Account Managers to segmented customers to create strong and lasting relationships and to achieve designated sales targets.
• You create opportunities for the business by gathering information and keeping the business up to date that will enable improvement in sales initiatives.
• In order to optimize the value selling towards the customer you work closely with operation departments, the marketing department, key account managers, business development, digital solution architects and the product development department.
• You compile sales activity reports, create sales forecast presentations and profitability reports.
   

Your profile:

• Master’s degree (Phd preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or any other related field
• Min. 7 years of working experience in a (key) account management position within a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment.
• Experience in customer relation management leading to increased customer acquisition and retention
• Being a committed and highly collaborative individual who values the input of colleagues and involves others in important decision making
• Ability to lead with a vision establishing a healthy working culture in your team
• Willingness to travel is required within the scope of the respective responsibilities
• Business-fluent in English
