Job Description
Perform electrical build, debug, testing, and installation of industrial electrical/mechanical components in accordance to customer and project specification in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
Complete daily activities as assigned.
Report daily progress of assigned activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in installation activities of electrical/mechanical projects, applying knowledge of electrical codes and procedures while adhering to customer and project specification.
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
Complete all required training in a timely manner.
Report any unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
Ensure that appropriate equipment, materials, and protective devices are used and maintained in safe condition.
Maintain housekeeping standards in shop and field work areas.
Assist in the installation of electrical conduit and cable tray of various types (EMT, RIGID, Flex, etc.).
Painting as required.
Pulling wire.
Safely operate hand tools (screwdrivers, hacksaws, pliers, measuring tools, etc.).
Safely operate power tools (drill, grinder, reciprocating saw, conduit threader, etc.).
Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, man lift, etc.).
Electrical panel assembly, wiring, and installation.
Tagging and labeling of wires, cables, devices, and enclosures.
Perform manual labor as necessary.
Travel to customer sites as required by project.
Work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by project.
Experience & Education
HS Diploma or equivalent vocational training
AS in technical field preferred
Three to seven years of related experience

Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct
