AVEVA PI Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Design, configure, and implement AVEVA PI System components including PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Interfaces/connectors.
• Integrate PI System with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other OT/IT systems.
• Develop and maintain PI AF models and analytics to support business use cases.
• Design and deploy PI Vision dashboards for operations and management users.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting for PI infrastructure. Support data governance, security, and quality standards across PI data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support staff. Participate in project planning, testing, and commissioning of PI-related solutions. 

Additional Information

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System administration and development.
• Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Data Archive.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc.).
• Experience in Regulated pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or VBScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AVEVA PI System certifications.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms or data historians.
