Your responsibilities
- Support in Group Controlling at the Orise Group, focusing on transparency and operational management support
- Assisted with monthly reporting and controlling at the group level in coordination with the subsidiaries
- Including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses
- Conducted variance analyses and developed recommendations for action - Participation in budget planning and forecast preparation in collaboration with the operational units
- Preparation of financial information to identify optimization potential and track measures
- Contribution to the further development and standardization of controlling processes, structures, and systems
- Active support for projects
- Close collaboration with Accounting and Business Controlling
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses, participation in special projects
- Support for M&A activities, e.g., through financial analyses and decision-making frameworks
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international or mid-sized company environment
- Strong knowledge of common controlling tools and business management concepts
- Initial experience in a project or service environment is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP (e.g., FI/CO) or a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (Power Query). Experience with OneStream is a plus
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and an interest in process-oriented issues
- Initiative, teamwork skills, and a hands-on mentality, as well as a desire to take on responsibility and continue developing
