Senior Coordinator - Talent Program Delivery
Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator -Talent Program Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational execution of corporate leadership development and talent management initiatives. This role involves managing program logistics, conducting rigorous reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making, and contributing to the research, design, and delivery of high-impact learning content. This role operates in a global context and requires flexibility to support programs and stakeholders across various time zones in a remote or hybrid setting, with a small set of core working hours that accommodate collaboration across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Program Administration & Logistics: Administer ATS Leadership Development Programs by coordinating and executing all logistical requirements, including planning, scheduling, securing facilitators, conducting program surveys, organizing events/sessions etc.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts and process invoices in close collaboration with the Finance, Legal and other departments as needed to ensure compliance and budgetary alignment. Establish and leverage strong collaborative working relationships with HLT, business leaders, HRBPs to implement leadership and talent initiatives.
- Talent Management Support: Provide high-quality support for talent management initiatives, i.e. IDP, talent review, new processes and tools, etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Research and analyze internal and external data to generate accurate and insightful reports. Track and measure program success, forecast future trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
- Content Development Support: Conduct research to support learning needs analysis and content development. Assist with preparing instructional materials to ensure learning requirements are met effectively and on schedule
- Uniqueness & Belonging: Support the execution of corporate U&B initiatives and programs (e.g., Diversio survey), ensuring all associated tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with organizational direction.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three years of related experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude with systems and applications.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, influencing skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive continuous improvement, and adapt through ongoing learning.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing external vendors or partners is an asset.
- Experience in SuccessFactors and LMS is considered an asset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or related field..
