Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise applications. The role focuses on backend engineering excellence, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and the use of AI-driven tools to enhance development efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Backend Development Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data access layersDevelop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systemsCollaborate with Solution Architects to implement system designs.
  • Engineering Practices Follow coding standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
  • Agile & Collaboration Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectivesWork closely with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, platform).
  • AI-Driven Development & Automation Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve code qualityContribute to automated workflows across build, test, and deployment.
  • Quality, Performance & Reliability Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical debtEnsure backend services meet scalability and reliability requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • 2 - 5 years of Experience. 
  • Strong backend development experience (C#, .NET, Entity Framework, APIs).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures'.
  • Experience with databases and cloud platforms (Azure, SQL, Databricks)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using AI tools for development and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure) are a plus.
  • Certifications in software development or Agile practices are an advantage.
