Global HR Talent & Development Manager

Job Description

•    Responsible for all HR related functions of the divisions and provides the appropriate support, consultation and direction to all levels of management.
•    Responsibility for the conceptual development and operational implementation of innovative HR concepts for our global locations.
•    Further development and implementation of a global job architecture with career pathing, job descriptions and job leveling.
•    Enhancement of the performance review process as well as a systematic approach to forward-looking succession planning in accordance with the existing HR software (Success Factors).
•    Establishment of a management / talent development program.
•    Conception, planning and implementation of an employee engagement strategy.
•    Coordination of global learning & development offers.
•    Communication of the annual employee survey and orchestration of action planning.
•    Support of organizational development projects and design of change processes.
•    Supporting the continuous development of People & Change initiatives.
•    Ensure company compliance with all applicable legislation.
•    Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.




•    A post-secondary degree, complimented with specialization in human resources, personnel administration or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.  A professional HR designation is preferred. 

•    Requires a minimum of ten years’ experience, including 5 years in an HR position leading people operations teams in a fast paced high-growth organization. 
•    Experience in change management and organizational transformation 
•    Strong business acumen and expert communicator
•    A proven track record of building and maintaining a high-performance organization and engaged culture.
•    Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and multi-task many priorities in a fast paced, project-oriented business.  
•    Ability to solve problems, deal with gray space and ambiguity at times and demonstrate intuitive judgment.
•    Demonstrated previous experience developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with the ability to influence.
