Job Summary:

As a Process Automation Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving process efficiency and automation initiatives within ATS. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, process owners and onshore and offshore developers, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, and RPA. Your expertise will be key in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes, requirements, and specifications to successfully execute automation projects. In addition, you will provide essential testing, training, and ongoing support for deployed automation solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Analyst with some exposure to automation tools, looking to utilize their skills in improving and automating business processes.

What you will do:

•   Conduct process discovery sessions with business stakeholders and process owners to identify candidate processes and define current state and future state.
•   Use standard tools and methodologies to thoroughly document process flows, business rules, exceptions, inputs, and outputs of the identified processes.
•   Define the scope, objectives, benefits, and potential risks of the automation projects with clearly defined KPIs on value delivered.
•   Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications for the automation solutions utilizing various technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, workflows and following best practices and standards
•   Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the automation solutions meet business requirements and specifications.
•   Perform testing and validation of the automation solutions to ensure quality and functionality
•   Provide training and support to end users of the automation solutions, enabling a smooth transition and adoption.
•   Monitor and measure the performance and benefits of implemented automation solutions, with clearly defined KPIs
•   Continuously seek and propose opportunities for process enhancement, streamlining, and optimization through automation.

What you will need:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

•   A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably driving business solutions and process improvements.
•   Proficiency in documenting business processes, requirements, and specifications using standard tools and methodologies such as BPMN, UML, BRD, FRD, etc.
•   Experience in providing training and support for end users of business solutions
•   Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Skills:

•   Strong knowledge of utilizing technology to deliver business solutions and process improvements.
•   Experience in utilizing AI, ML, RPA, and other relevant technologies and tools for driving process improvements.
•   Strong grasp of business process analysis, design, and optimization techniques.
•   Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
•   Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
•   Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•   Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
•   A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
