As a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), you’ll play a key role in leading financial controls, SOX compliance, and performance reporting for a growing division that’s shaping the future of automation and life sciences. You’ll have exposure to global operations, work directly with cross-functional leaders, and drive initiatives that ensure integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement across the business.

This is not a back-office role - it’s a visible, hands-on position where your analysis and recommendations influence real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Own and Elevate Financial Integrity

Lead financial controls, audits, and compliance processes (SOX) for the division.
Strengthen internal control frameworks and partner with audit teams to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Prepare financial reports and reconciliations in line with IFRS, ensuring timely and accurate month-end results.

Drive Business Insights

Analyze profit streams and cost variances to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Partner with Project Managers and operational teams to forecast costs, support bid approvals, and guide financial decision-making.
Provide forward-looking insights that help leaders make faster, more informed business choices.

Lead Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and accuracy across finance workflows.
Support cash forecasting, foreign exchange analysis, and intercompany reconciliations for a global business environment.

What You Bring

5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a global or manufacturing organization.
2+ years in financial audit (external or internal), with strong SOX and internal control knowledge.
CPA or equivalent designation (or in progress).
Advanced analytical skills and comfort with complex financial data and systems.
A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
Strong communication and business partnership skills — you translate numbers into action.
