Sr. Total Rewards Analyst
Primary Objective of Role:
Our Total Rewards team is looking for an ambitious and organized human resources professional who enjoys managing projects and supporting HR colleagues.
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards in Corporate HR, this exciting opportunity will help implement and support progressive and strategic employee programs globally!
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Employee Recognition & Celebration Program – Act as subject matter expert and program owner by leading project from program design, global implementation through to maintenance and enhancements. Accountabilities also include building training & communication materials, auditing awards, tracking program metrics, overseeing data files for Payroll as well as providing day-to-day support to HR on inquiries and escalations.
• Global Mobility – Vendor Management – Collaborate regularly with third-party firm on immigration and tax support program design, effectiveness, and improvements. Coordinate monthly invoicing and chargeback process with HR and Finance. Coordinate vendor evaluation and renewal process.
• Compensation & Benefits – Projects & Ad Hoc Analysis – Assist with building compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions. Research market practices, emerging trends, and legal compliance in total rewards. Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or similar field required
Global Renumeration Professional (GRP) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or working towards considered an asset
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Compensation or Benefits Analyst, or similar role in a global organization
Strong project management skills (experience planning, creating detailed project plans and running projects with cross-functional teams)
Experience with employee recognition and on-the-spot thank you programs
Exposure to employee mobility, relocation, assignments and/or cross-border business travel.
Confident MS Excel skills (Employee data reports, formulas, V-Lookups, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail with track-record of delivering polished and accurate work
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion – and handle sensitive information
