We are looking for a Senior Web Developer (Full-Stack) (m/f/d) to join our team at our site in Ingolstadt as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Technical leadership of international projects and teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
Leading and participating in the entire software development phase, from ideation and concept to implementation.
Development of highly complex web applications by using state-of-the-art technologies.
Evaluating new technologies and methods to continuously improve software development processes.
Responsibility for quality assurance, performance optimization and security of developed software products
Work together with our experts to redefine the engineering information flow, automate parts of the engineering steps, and thereby increase internal efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and implement user and customer requirements.
Mentoring and supporting junior developers in the team.

Qualifications

Hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. Is customer focused and possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills. Rapidly adapts to ATS’s culture and gains the confidence of our organization. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, everchanging environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.

Computer science degree or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience and further training measures.
Proven experience in the development of complex software solutions
Deep knowledge in the use of typical programming languages, like JS, Node.js, Angular and/or React
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, UI/UX principles and web standards
Expertise in the application of agile development practices (Scrum) and VCS (GitHub/GitLab)
Experience with cloud platforms and services, ideally with Microsoft Azure
Several years of practical experience in a growth environment
Knowledge of applying Continuous Improvement Fundamentals
Ability to identify, plan, execute and sustain standard and processes.
Demonstrated proficiency in time management, action plan development, and execution
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Industrial/Automation background is an advantage.
