Project Coordinator

Job Description

Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend Project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes
Action Item monitoring/reporting with the PM
Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevant network locations
Assist with Setup and maintenance of project DVM boards
Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing of customer Purchase Orders
Tracking and coordinating customer supplied materials
Help PMs in tracking 3rd party deliverables
Gathering supporting information for customer status reports
Schedule monitoring and updating as necessary
Assist PMs in leading DVM meetings in their absence.
Assist PMs with data gathering and execution of PreFAT and FAT runs.
Assist PM in preparing project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as necessary.
Assist PMs in coordinating team travel when needed.
Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering degree or equivalent. Willingness to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
