Project Coordinator
Job Description
Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend Project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes
- Action Item monitoring/reporting with the PM
- Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevant network locations
- Assist with Setup and maintenance of project DVM boards
- Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing of customer Purchase Orders
- Tracking and coordinating customer supplied materials
- Help PMs in tracking 3rd party deliverables
- Gathering supporting information for customer status reports
- Schedule monitoring and updating as necessary
- Assist PMs in leading DVM meetings in their absence.
- Assist PMs with data gathering and execution of PreFAT and FAT runs.
- Assist PM in preparing project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as necessary.
- Assist PMs in coordinating team travel when needed.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering degree or equivalent. Willingness to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
