EndFlex an ATS Company offers a wide range of primary and secondary packaging technologies, servicing industries that range from food, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, industrial, and cannabis with a primary manufacturing site in Miami, FL.
Packaging solutions include Vertical and Horizontal Form Fill Seal, Pre-made pouch bagging, flow wrapping, cartoning, and bag-in-box solutions. Their filling technology includes auger powder filling, weigh filling for solids, multi-point depositors, and pre-roll automation for cannabis. Additionally, they offer a number of integrated and robotic solutions for customers in the packaging space.
As the EndFlex representative in the field, you are responsible for the success of Set-Up, Commissioning & Training while assuring the machine's operability. While not traveling you will be assisting in building support tools and collaborating with different deparments (engineering, production and project management) to create a successful field service process.
- Perform service and commissioning to local and international customers (70-80% travel time)
- Respect agenda timeline, contract and work order assigned to you
- Can be required to work afterhours and weekends
- Responsible for developing and maintaining clear and friendly communication with customers, while offering an optimal service experience
- Submit daily reports on job progress / status
- Perform training on-site to help users to work with our equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide technical counselling to customers
- Work with customers to create spare part stock in order to sell parts and installation
- Participate in closing calls with Customer Care Specialist prior to the departure of a job
- Debrief and submit documents/media along with any unsolved tasks or internal information for machine improvements etc.
- Participate in the process of video’s & pictures documentation while onsite
- Participate in creation of user’s documentation (manuals, training program, guides, plans, etc.)
- Share documentations with company through FTP
- Suggest process or machine improvements/solutions to increase customer’s satisfaction (ECR)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine design, upgrades, machine software and knowledge base
- Support sales initiatives by providing demonstrations or training and operations initiatives by providing technical support to inspect, debug and approve equipment for shipping in our facility
- Telephone Technical Support Calls
- Assist and provide support to the integration and training of new employees in his/her area of expertise
- Work closely with the intern technician at all levels. (assembly and testing)
- Help in shipping/crating of machines as needed.
- Bi-lingual in spanish and english is a plus.

- Read, understand and interpret drawings, sketches and work specifications.
- Carry out mechanical assemblies and adjustments on machines.
- Read and respect the instructions of shop packets for individual machines and system integration.
- Respect and apply the 6S principles.

- Responsible for updating the files on customers folder (video and pictures).
- Repair and rework parts or systems whenever it is necessary and complete required documentation (NCR and ECR).
- Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly, connect cables, tubes and wires.
- Install pneumatic connections.
- Fasten parts together using bolting or other fastening and joining techniques.
- Basic machining.
- Lead testing, integration, performed according to customer specification based on the sales order.
- Perform assembly by using hand tools, power tools or precision instruments.
- Analyze and record test results and prepare written assembly/testing documentation.
- Perform bolt marking.
- Build or update assembly documentation.
