Validierungsingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Description

Qualifizierungsdienstleistungen für unsere Kunden unter Berücksichtigung aktueller GMP/GAMP-Vorgaben sowie regulatorischer und kundeninterner Richtlinien.
Ausarbeitung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Präsentation der Dienstleistung für unsere Kunden.
Moderation und Dokumentation von Risikoanalysen (FMEA).
Erstellung aller relevanten Qualifizierungsunterlagen.
Qualifizierung unserer Maschinen inklusive der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualifizierungstests im Hause und beim Kunden.
Bearbeitung von validierungsrelevanten Änderungen der Maschinen (Change Request).

Additional Information

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master) mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Pharmatechnik, Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Medizintechnik o.ä.
Erste Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen / Technologien. Alternativ eine Kombination aus technischer Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Mechatroniker sowie mehrjähriger Berufspraxis.
Kenntnisse der Validierungsgrundsätze, deren Anwendung in Industrieunternehmen sowie Kenntnisse der Validierungsleitfäden und -richtlinien (GAMP5, Annex15).
Vertraut im Umgang mit technischen Qualitätsrichtlinien, sowie GMP und GEP.
Grundlegende Konstruktionskenntnisse (SolidWorks), Prozesskenntnisse und Kenntnisse in der SPS Steuerungstechnik sind von Vorteil.
Das Lesen und Verstehen von Schalt- und Pneumatikplänen (EPLAN) ist ebenfalls von Vorteil.
Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, Reisebereitschaft, solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Eine sorgfältige und systematische Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Teamgeist.
