Service Sales Manager

ATS Scientific Products is currently seeking a Service Sales Manager to join the team!

 

The Service Sales Manager is a key role responsible for supporting Service and the entire Service portfolio development and activities, with the ultimate goal of ensuring revenue realization. In the position, you will be instrumental in implementing tactics and contributing to the strategic direction of the Service Sales organization. Working closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Care teams, you will facilitate proactive dialogue an customer engagement to drive success. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and execute the yearly plans (Goal Deployment) and participate in the long term strategy of Service Sales and Service Portfolio.
  • Management of in-house Service Sales Team and monitor performance based on the target's achievement.
  • Identify and support the implementation of new outbound Service initiatives.
  • Possible development of service organization to interface to external service providers, outsourcing business case and establish KPIs to measure performance.
  • Cross-divisional coordination among Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care organizations.
  • Partnership with the Data & Systems supervisor to maintain and improve the existing data supporting selling processes in CRM and ERP.
  • Definition of Opportunity Under Management (OUM) for the different bookings and revenue streams.
  • Install base segmentation and creation of leads.
  • Utilize available CRM tools to research accounts and detect new business opportunities.

  • Funnel construction and management for the different bookings/revenue streams.
  • Overall Service Forecast owner (weekly and daily).
  • Ultimate sales execution responsible and KAM coordinator.
  • Involvement in sales execution visiting KOL and Key customers. - Partner and build long-term relationships with external customers.
  • Partner with other company stakeholders to implement continuous improvement in sales process
  • Support strategic initiatives for Service Sales development.
  • Definition of Marketing Campaigns.
  • Define and report KPIs to measure initiatives'  success.

 

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • 5 years progressive manufacturing, service, management experience
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • ISO 9001 experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work is normally performed in both the office and the shop.
  • The office environment is an interior office with air conditioning.
  • The shop contains mobile equipment, machinery, and high voltages.
  • The shop noise level is variable and may require hearing protection in some areas.
  • The shop is heated when required but many areas are not air conditioned.
  • Some shop processes use high voltage arcs or concentrated magnetic fields.
  • The shop contains open flames and caustic chemicals.
  • Some areas of the shop may be designated as hard hat zones.

  • Carry out hazard assessments, inspections, and audits as required by legislative framework and/or corporate requirements
  • Ensure that training is provided to all departmental employees are per established training matrix
  • Implement appropriate corrective measures for unsafe conditions and unsafe acts
  • Ensure that appropriate equipment, materials and protective devices are provided and maintained in safe condition
  • Provide information, instruction and supervision to employees 
  • Take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of employees
