CFT S.p.A. is an Italian company based in Parma and a global supplier of processing and packaging technologies for the food and beverage industry. Founded in 1945, CFT designs and manufactures complete production lines and advanced machinery for products such as tomato derivatives, sauces, fruit, vegetables, dairy, and beverages, serving customers worldwide with innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director – CFT US is responsible for the overall commercial leadership and business performance of CFT in the United States, with direct accountability for sales growth, customer relationships, and market development. The role owns approximately USD 10M in annual CAPEX sales and USD 3M in After Sales and Service revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and deliver US sales bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
• Develop and execute the US commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead complex CAPEX sales negotiations including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
• Drive market diversification and new customer development.
• Grow After Sales business including service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with global engineering, project management, and service teams.
• Monitor financial performance, margins, and commercial risk.
• Provide regular performance reporting and KPI tracking.
• Lead and develop commercial and service resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years B2B capital equipment sales experience, preferably in food and beverage.
• Proven CAPEX sales leadership background.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and financial skills.
• Experience in international, matrix organizations.
