Operations Coordinator
Overview
As a member of a highly motivated, dynamic, multi-disciplined team, you will assist the operations department in delivering first class products in the automation industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the After Sales & Services Leadership team.
- Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports such as monthly expenses and statistics.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain timekeeping information for processing and submitting payroll.
- Enter information into databases and software programs.
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
- Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
The incumbent will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administration capacity. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization, both orally and in writing. The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and guidance in a team-oriented environment is mandatory. The ideal candidate must demonstrate initiative and innovation, be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions, challenge the norms and seek process improvements environment is mandatory.
